How do you feel?
Do you want to make a change?
Do you feel stuck or lost?
Do you feel overwhelmed?
Like your thoughts are too loud?
Sometimes we feel these things (and so many more), so first: we are human and there is nothing wrong with you.
But there is so much you can learn from these moments: about yourself, your patterns and beliefs. And when you bring awareness to these things you can start to change them and change your life for the better.
For a life that feels more true to you.
I am happy to guide and support you through this process, I am here to listen, to talk, to share.
And no, I am not a therapist.
I am a person who truly cares and a person who has been through it themselves.
And just know, asking for help is never giving up, it´s refusing to give up and a very courageous thing to do.
Charlie Mackesy - The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse
For the past few years,
I have been working on myself.
After feeling lost for most of my life, trying to fill a void and always seeking on the outside,
I finally understood that I have all the answers and everything I need inside me.
Building a relationship with myself was the best “job” I could have ever chosen.
Now I never stop learning, but it is a pleasure to be learning more about myself every day.
This peace inside of me is something that was unimaginable to me even a year ago.
I feel it is time to share my time, energy and knowledge and to give. To help. To be there.
My intention is not for you to feel like me,
but for you to find your way to yourself,
your core truth and your inner peace.
To create a life, a feeling that you value and that you can actually find joy in every moment.
(btw joy is not happiness ;))

This is me, Kiki
I thought about writing a kind of CV here — listing experiences, training, the usual stuff. But honestly? That’s not how I’d want to meet someone I’m about to open up to.
So instead, I asked the people
who know me best to describe me.
It felt more real, and I think
it might give you a truer sense of who I am than any official bio ever could.
“KIKI
Imagine a girl - a dreamer, a creator, a visionary - standing where the wind lifts the veils and a river of women rises behind her.
She always walks forward, carving space with every step, bending the horizon toward what could be.
A radiant heart, sparkling with joy and serenity, she inspires others by simply being.”
“Meeting Kiki has been such a bright spot. Even though our friendship is quite new, her warmth and genuine spirit made an immediate impact. She has this incredible way of making you feel truly seen and heard, whether you're wrestling with deep spiritual questions or just navigating the everyday. It's rare to find someone who listens with such presence and empathy.
Kiki has a wonderful gift for creating a sense of community and connection, and I'm so grateful for the feeling of unity she's brought into my life. Her positive energy is infectious, and that amazing smile of hers? It genuinely lights up a room! Knowing her plans to help others find inner peace and calmness, I can’t think of anyone better suited – she embodies that supportive, insightful presence that makes all the difference.”
“Kiki’s one of those people who just gets it. You don’t need to over-explain, she picks up on the stuff behind the words. She’s got this mix of calm and cheek that makes you feel like everything’s going to be alright, even if you’ve got no idea what you’re doing.
What I love about her is she’s not trying to be perfect. She’s honest. Present. Sometimes spontaneous…but not in a floaty, unreliable way. She’ll tell you straight up what’s going on with her, how she’s feeling, where she’s at. You never feel like you’re being left hanging. It’s grounded. Clear. Safe.
She’s got that softness where it matters. You can show up messy, chaotic, unsure, and she’s just there. No judgement. Just pure presence. And she’ll still find a way to make you laugh in the middle of it all. That’s kind of her magic… holding space without making it heavy.
And she’s real. Like, properly real. She doesn’t pretend to have it all figured out, and she doesn’t expect you to either. She’s doing the work too. Reflecting. Growing. Showing up. And you feel that when you’re around her, you don’t have to be anything other than yourself.
If you get the chance to sit across from her, take it. You’ll leave the conversation feeling lighter, not because she’s “fixed” anything, but because she reminded you that you’re not broken.”
Kiki is one of those rare, heart-centered souls who truly lives what she shares. She listens deeply — not just with her ears, but with her whole presence — and always seems to offer words that land gently yet meaningfully.
She brings a beautiful sense of intuition into everyday life, effortlessly blending inner awareness with creative action. Whether it's through a mindful practice, an intuitive day, or something as simple as a lovingly prepared meal, Kiki infuses everything she does with care and authenticity.
